Onyxia!

I love dragons and I always wanted to "meet" Onyxia.

Even though you didn't need it, I did the attunement quest prior to WOTLK. After the expansion came out I went with a group and downed Onyxia.

The group asked me to heal and I have to admit it was boooooooring. Through phase 1 and most of phase 2 I did almost nothing.

Finally I gave up and starting tossing Starfire at her. That was more fun :)

After she was down I won the roll for the Onyxia bag, but it was given to someone else. Oh well, maybe next time :(

I'm a Murloc

One of the quests with the Winterfin Murlocs gives you the Blizzcon Murloc suit to wear. It allows you to sneak into a cave to complete the quest.

Unfortunately, it only works in a very defined area and you have to turn it in when you are done with the quest. I can't bear to give the suit up at this point, I've always wanted one, so I'm still carrying it around.

When you do the quest, make sure you try out the emotes while wearing the suit. Some of them are really fun!

I've had a great time in WOTLK.

Yes, it is easier. I can tell when I'm attacked by 5 level 71's and I have no problem at all. But I'm taking a lot of time, and having fun, so it's all good for me :)

While riding around and opening the map for my Explorer achievement I ran into some dragons I had never seen. Since dragons are my favorite part of the game, this was pretty surprising. I first noticed a pair of dragonkin, and in typical Keila fashion decided to test them out.

Bad idea.

Those two dragonkin were THREE dragonkin, and they were stronger than I thought. That was my first death since the new patch. So much for my new superhuman boomkin powers. LOL.

When I returned I stealthed past the dragonkin and went to see what the real dragon were up to.

That's where I saw these.
When I looked them up I found out people used to kite them to Orgrimmar to terrorize the horde, but Blizzard has since leashed them. Too bad, nothing like a raid dragon turned loose in a city to liven things up :)

Maybe Blizz will cut the chain and let these beasts free again.

One can only hope.
